Wherever you go, there you are. Whatever you wind up doing, that’s what you’ve wound up doing. Whatever you are thinking right now, that’s what’s on your mind. Whatever has happened to you, it has already happened. The important question is, how are you going to handle it?

To be honest, I was a little skeptical at the beginning. It was a completely new world for me.

Anything you can take from the workshop, which might help you in your daily life?
I would like to point out how, especially at the beginning, the workshop lead into being more aware of those thoughts we usually try to hide in our daily life. From my point of view, awareness is the best starting point for furthers reflections.

Did you do something out of your comfort zone or unusual that surprised you or got your attention?
Initially I felt a little insecure about imperfection. Later on I understood is not about how accurate is your draw is about flowing and allow yourself show your hidden feelings.

Mindfulness & Mandala

Danke.

Concentration, let flow my mind, don't be so extremely demanding with myself

Did the session helped you to see your thinking patterns more clearly?
Yes. Although I need to practice more to get used to flow

If you read again through your notes, do you see any connection between your first question(s)/topic and the end result?
Yes, but like an Evolution. It began like a negative thought, a negative phase and turnt out a something more positive and bright

When you look at your mandala. What do you see?
It's reflecting my essence. It's colorful, energetic...

I never drew or painted mandalas before, but Nebi explained us how to start since the very scratch, and after easy explanation, everything started to flow.

Although we were a group, was a very intimate experience which allowed me to connect with myself through the art. The short meditation, music and words of Nebi helped a lot.

Was an amazing experience that I would definitely repeat.

Big step for me: my first mandala ever and probably the most chaotic & dirty one, a mandala fan has never seen 🙂

Well, drawing has never been my passion and talent but today, I was led through it without having to be perfect.

More important was the process itself, being focused, relaxed & aware of what's happening inside & outside.

If you have a subject struggling, I recommend a guided meditative mandala session with Nebi. Even if I knew, what was going on in me, it was like looking into a mirror in a way and I can even say, it's kind of magical cause I see more & more patterns each time I look at it now.

Thank you for the guidance, dear.

The workshop with Nebi helped me to discover many issues which were hidden deep inside my mind.

She escorted me through a short trip and let me understand myself in a better way.

I have never attended to a workshop like this.

The mix of deep talking while drawing a mandala was and new experience to me. I totally recommend it!
